🦋 💜 🌿 Hi! How are you doing? It's been an up and down kind of week for me! Full of joys and excitement, connecting with friends, watching fireflies dance at night. But also some lows, as I've been worried about a friend of mine who is really ill. Been pouring a lot into my work and creativity lately. 🦋 💜 🌿 How have you been? I am back for my monthly-ish update on postpartum life as a writer, entrepreneur and new mom. Things are going pretty well. I have survived my son's first cold, and all the exhaustion that entailed. Luckily neither the baby nor us, his parents, got any extreme symptoms, but we certainly had little rest for a week. I've had some great news that my client, friend and mentor Andrea Hylen has completed and published her book Follow the Clues! I'll share about that below....
🦋 💜 🌿 How have you been? I am popping into what has turned into a monthly-ish update on postpartum life as a writer, entrepreneur and now mom. It's been extra busy as now both my husband and I have begun working. Our baby is now almost 5 months old. I watch the baby more since I work at home, and breastfeed. We've been ironing out some help the past few moths to open up more time for me to work and do necessary things. There's always something to do! Since my life has changed drastically...
🦋 💜 🌿 How is your week going? This month my husband returned to work after paternity leave so we've been making a lot of adjustments. Some days are harder than others. Being a mom, I'm holding a lot of balls in the air, and while I certainly have my brains at work daily, I just don't feel like I have a lot of writing ideas top of mind day to day the way I used to. It's strange because for the past 25-ish years that I've been publishing my writing online, I've rarely been low on ideas. In fact...
